A.  U.S. News and World Report List and Rankings of Tuition Free Colleges

#1. The Cooper Union-The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art, often referred to simply as Cooper Union, is a privately funded college in the East Village neighborhood of New York City.

#2. College of the Ozarks-College of the Ozarks is a private, Christian liberal-arts college, with a campus in Point Lookout, Missouri.

#3. Curtis Institute Of Music-The Curtis Institute of Music is a conservatory in Philadelphia.

#4. Alice Lloyd College-Alice Lloyd College is a four-year liberal arts work college in Pippa Passes, Kentucky.

#5. Berea College-Berea College is a liberal arts work college in Berea, Kentucky.

#6. Deep Springs College-Deep Springs College is a small, rurally located, liberal arts institution located in the High Desert of California in a region known as Deep Springs Valley. Good luck getting in -- enrollment is capped at around 20 students each year. 

#7. Webb Institute-Webb Institute is a private undergraduate engineering college in Glen Cove, N.Y., specializing in Bachelor of Science degrees in naval architecture and marine engineering.
